This product uses magnesia clay. Please note that due to the molecular structure of magnesia clay, you might observe the occurrence of hairline cracks. This is a normal phenomenon and does not constitute as a defect. The hairline cracks will not cause the pedestal to break apart.

You may also observe small marks or air bubbles on the product. These are formed during the manufacturing process, for example, when removing the product from its mould, or during polishing. These are unavoidable and do not constitute as a defect as well.

- Avoid exposing the product to direct sunlight as prolonged exposure can remove moisture in wood and cause cracks.

- Occasionally wipe the product with a damp cloth to maintain appearance.

- Avoid placing very hot objects on the wooden surface directly, as it may damage the protective oil layer that was used to seal the wood surface.

- Avoid prolonged exposure/soaking the wooden surface with chemicals or solvents to prevent damaging the protective layer.

- After a long period of usage, you may choose to apply a new layer of wood wax oil on the surface to renew the product's appearance and prolong its lifespan.
